Visual branding, typography, and content direction for a real lavender farm in Georgia
This project was developed as part of my leadership coursework and focused on strengthening the visual identity and digital presence of White Hills Farm. I created a comprehensive brand style guide, content calendar, and mock social media posts tailored to the farm’s values of calm, community, and sustainability.
The branding guide outlines color palettes, typography, logo direction, and visual applications tailored to the farm’s rustic and peaceful identity.
A monthly content calendar designed to align Instagram and Facebook posts with seasonal themes, product promotions, and community engagement goals. This incorporates example posts that we created to help the farm gain awareness and promote events, two of their goals.
Sample Instagram and Facebook posts created to visualize brand voice and styling across platforms, reinforcing consistency and personality. These posts are aimed to showcase events and grow a community surrounding the farm. In addition, I created templates so the owners could insert information in the future on their own, depending on what is happening each month. All of this also showcases the branding and helps them to establish recognition among consumers and consistency with content.
This project helped deepen my understanding of brand development and strategic content planning. I’ve since applied these skills to client and organizational work, building out real-world campaigns with a cohesive identity and digital storytelling approach.
